motor/inverter/pdm
all the HV cables
all the heating and cooling stuff
power steering assembly
gauges maybe
if you have space grab some random auxiliary electronics that might come in handy like the heated seat switches and fuse boxes

a few on here are using the wdr automiseriung BMS which uses the CMUs that come with a hyundai or kia battery pack. as far as i know nobody has gotten it up and running yet so take my suggestion with a grain of salt

other lesson learned: whenever you get the feeling things are going well and you're doing great it is a surefire sign something is about to go wrong! That's happened three times in a row.
