Re: Toyota Auris and Yaris Inverter Logic board
But what about the MG2 current sensor socket of the Yaris board? Found in the Wiki that pins could be reversed and “will kill the -5v output of PS1”. But with note “This is Block ii version and below.”
What does that mean? :?:
If I remember correctly then that Block version is written on the ...

Re: [wip] DIY electric buggy for school students, Renault PHEV drive, Auris openinverter board
Now I got this far that it's clear that 80V is enough to run this buggy faster then safe with that frame construction!
Got bigger current and better acceleration also!
Amazing this openinverter FOC software!

This month I am going to learn how to tune the FOC software
Here's the link from wiki: https://openinverter.org/wiki/Using_FOC_Software
all the first points have been done and I believe are alright and now I need to test those parameters:

Its similar to Sumimoto TS 025 female connector that we use with Outlander system P/N 6189-1092.
Pins are Female P/N 8100-3455 ... and male P/N 8100-3617
You can get all of them them here...

Re: [wip] DIY electric buggy for school students, Renault PHEV drive, Auris openinverter board
At the moment buggy drives a little slowly. Battery voltage is about 80V maybe it's not possible to get more speed at that voltage?

Sweet build! I'll be following along since I'm also considering converting my '06 Outback. It sounds like you're planning on packaging the battery under the hood which makes sense, I've been struggling with figuring out how to package the modules in my build. Do you have any plans for active ...

I'm letting the original ECU believe it still in charge. So i have to keep it happy.. Throttle valve, EGR, massflow, fuel pressure valve and turbo boost valve now lives under the stereo.
Fuel temp, fuel level, fuel pressure, air temp and some more are simulated with resistors.

Johu, Celeron, many many thanks.
They both have advantages and disadvantages. But in my planned installation I will need canbus mtm anyway for airbag deletion, smart key door sensor removal, climate control removal (no doors, no roof) and probably other bits I haven't thought of yet.

Re: [FIRST DRIVE] Mercedes-Benz C180 W202 1996 with Mitsubishi i-MiEV electric drive system
I need to figure out some modifications for motor mounting because under the rear seat it's not ok. I have to lower the motor a little bit and remove the original bar with many rubber mounts. Then also I relocate the inverter from luggage compartment to under the seat, where fuel tank used to be ...

Today washed the car and lifted up for the first time. Under body plastic covers were broken and they carried a lot of sand. Some bolts didn't come loose and snapped. Removed the exhaust pipe I'll try to sell it, seems like its stainless steel so I don't know if anybody needs it.

So, it was finally time to get the motor into its final position. We had the suspension in place, the motor on a shady transmission jack, and a full afternoon free. We cut a window in the rear crossmember to make a pocket for the front motor mount (which will henceforth become the REAR motor mount ...
