I know this has been mentioned else where but just in case others are going along the same path as me I'm mentioning it here.
I was struggling to get UDC voltage from the ISA shunt. I was only seeing 0V even though I confirmed I had CAN from the Shunt and VCU.
Turns out the Parameters are a bit ...

Re: New Zombie user not getting LS outputs.
Is this correct? I'd have thought pot min/max2 and pot min/max will depend on the pedal you're using and thus ranges will vary pedal to pedal. As I understand, calibration should occur for each setup on both pot1 and po2 min and max using the pot and pot2 value in the spot values with the throttle ...

Re: New Zombie user not getting LS outputs.
For any other new user bench testing your Zombieverter to see how it works BEFORE using it to control a 400V system here are a few things I've figured out (with a little help). I'm sure there are other posts with better information than this one but hopefully It might help.

Re: New Zombie user not getting LS outputs.
Thanks Tom
I had the start connected at some stage but must have had other settings wrong at the time.
With a bit of help from Kev39 I got them sorted and now the neg contactor pin goes low as expected when the start is pushed.

Re: New Zombie user not getting LS outputs.
So I thought I had figured this out but now I'm back to getting no LS output on the Negative contactor pin 31
On Thursday while bench testing I connected permanent 12V and GND then T15 to +12V through a switch. When I flicked the switch I saw constant GND on Neg Contactor (pin 31) and 1 or 2 secs ...

Re: New Zombie user not getting LS outputs.
Sorry I was so slow getting back but life got in the way.
I've been playing with the Zombie on the bench and can confirm I'm getting low side outputs as soon as I apply 12V to T15.
The Neg contactor pin goes low and stays low. The Precharge pin goes low but only for a second or two.

Re: New Zombie user not getting LS outputs.
Thanks mate, I'll report back later
I was using spot value as well but only sent the dashboard as the spot values wouldn't be much use with VCU powered off.

Granny sitting atm so can't do any more testing
Firmware is 2.22a web 2.0, Damien only shipped it a couple of weeks ago.
There are no errors but also no voltage showing on UDC even though I had a 20V battery connected to the ISA which was working fine with the Leaf VCU.

New Zombie user not getting LS outputs.
Hi guys, stupid question time and hopefully something silly I'm doing.
I'm testing my newly received Zombieverter by replacing the Leaf VCU in the car.
I think I have the parameters similar to Damiens from the Grey Goose but I'm not seeing any LS ouputs from any of the Pins 31 to 34 so no precharge ...

We installed a 32 amp type 2 socket especially for you, and the cooker. Bring a long cable with type 2 for the charger end.

I saw that tool for sale but didn't fancy paying for it so followed your bad example and de-pinned the offending sockets with a jewellers screwdriver.
It was way easier than I first thought it would be.

Has anyone found a cheap de-pinning tool for these connectors?
Asking for a friend who may have pushed in a red cable where he intended to push in a black cable.

Just follow my mantra and all will be well.
"If you can't be bothered to make it tidy, cover it up"
You're bound to have a suitable 'something' that will hide all sins.

Time to prioritize: let them aim for different targets. So one would allow, say -100W into the grid and the other aims for 0W
Done something similar here: https://openinverter.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2571
Most of the time they get it right but occasionally there is some confusion, like when a ...

Got everything back together a few weeks ago and the car is running great. Johu's recent syncadv code update made the car drive better than ever and I'd say I'm ready to go to autocross.
Unfortunately that's where the good news ends, because EVs are still banned from all tracks in Alberta. I ...

I would like to replace my 12V lead battery for LIFEPO4 12.8V 30Ah battery. I would like to get a little improvement in the range if I turn off the DC-DC Imverter while driving. I wanted to ask if this is possible and if there is a simple solution for example the switch connected to the connector ...

Finally after weeks of procrastinating and quite a few hours testing I managed to get this working at a public charger.
