Don't, I'm about to rip mine out of the motorbike. I'd probably go with ABS or PVC sheets and pipe cement to make custom boxes.

When I set the REVLIM at 1000 RPM, I push the throttle and the motor turns about 3000 RPM.
Then I have to slow down the motor below he 1000 RPM before the motor reacts again on the throttle.

Yep, that's way overkill unless weight is not an issue. Look at what motorbike conversion use. If you want to stick with OEM reverse engineering, viewtopic.php?p=64424 is another option.
