On version 1.08A all is working fine, Using Ext_Digi to start the charging. Main contactors shut and relay in the PDM makes and AC charging commences. (I'm using Ext_Digi to start charging as I have found the auto method upset the next T15/ Starter starting process).

Looked through the ISA shut config code from the ZombieVerter VCU and didn't notice the CAN bitrate configuration.
Wanted to confirm, the shut bitrate is kept at the default 500bps to talk to the VCU?

Current plan is to clean the axle beam properly inside out, then use an endoscope to check the inner bushings on which the scratched section of the torsion arms rides on to see how damaged they are. Apparently replacing those is not easy, parts aren't being made anymore and damaging the bakelite ...

As for AC charging we have our system working fine, What issues are you experiencing? Is your zombie recognising the plug is being inserted? Damien has a very good guide on the wiki about ac charging using the leaf pdm & Zombie, perhaps worth checking out if you haven't already.

Can't test the chademo at the moment as the system is not in the car, but just uploaded 1.11A , but could not get the AC charging working using Zombieverter and a leaf PDM, has anyone else had a similar problem?

Just something to try, check what the charger mode is set to, as I have been having problems with the main contactor making when it is set to Volt_Ampera. This happens when the starter is pressed, the Neg contactor makes and pre-charge, but the main Pos does not stay in.
