I also have the same issue first ignition switch power up. I have to wait sometime before It will display spot values on any web type os's PC or Table.
and sometime doesn't ever show display spot values at all, so will have to do a power cycle
I fully power down zombie as it draws to much current ...

Great video, I've have for many years been thinking of converting my 7, but I think I would miss the power & sound of a super charged 4.8L V8 in a 750kg car
it at least I converted my Jeep to EV

I use a PLC to control Pump, valve and heater as it makes it easier for me then coding for me

ZombieVerter stand by current, seems I need to keep it on trickle charge or is it better to swich it on with ignition ?

Hi I run a bypass valve to stop water going thro the radiator and a heat exchanger off the cabin diesel water heater system.
works great pre heats battery and motor before driving and i don't lose any range at low outdoor temps.

Great post and video, I Had the same problem too.. turn out my module ESP needed reflowing and that fixed it, was going to buy new ESP.

running a diesel webasto water heater to the oem heater matrix and a water to water heat exchanger to the battery VW GTE water Outlander Rear motor and inverter system plus a radiator bypass, works great

I am using small Lead acid is because its simple and I do not have any car electrics that use much power, lights are all LED, windscreen wipers take the most power and I wonted to save energy in High Voltage battery for drive motor, to keep to a the minimum the energy feed to the DC to DC to the 12v ...
