Could not find Leaf gen2 adapter board gerber. Johu git has old version.
Has anyone got this? Also scheme would be nice.
Its difficult to look for malfunctions without these files

Have gen2 leaf for tests. Removed VCU and tried to install Zombie. Got ignition, throttle, contactors working. But cant get EV CAN see inverter. If bypass leaf wiring and connect Zombie CAN1 to inverter directly, i can get car moving.
Maybe some other EV CAN bus module is spamming can ...

Hello. Tried to run Zombieverter with Leaf gen2 stack.
Got it turning, 190V, but RPM is unstable. Looks like one of three phases not good?

Stuck with Mini V1.1 repair..
Got some damaged modules with Leaf Gen2 adapter board.
One module restored, inverter and motor running for test setup, but bad UDC measurement.

Second module had dead STM32. Ordered and changed STM32F103RBT6.
Flashed, activity led is blinging. WEB interface ...

I get DCSW short trip when powering the system from 12V.

I cant find any documents, bom, pdfs for newest Leaf adapter board. All info is for older one and shop has new version...

Found bom. Shop link sends to wrong bom list of older daughter board.

Now i see IC1 on Leaf doughter board is hot up to 80 degrees.

Ok issue solved. Mini board had burned path at 12V input pins between gnd and +12v. Was not short but heating up, and somehow dcdc converter was impacted.
Cleaned the pcb itself out of burned textolite.
Now i have 160mA at 12V.

Hi. Repairing Mini v1.1 board. DC buck converter to 5V was fried.
Tested with 5 V afrer it, board and leaf plugin board works, web etc. Drawing 380mA at 5V.
Ordered new RT8259GE DC DC converters. After soldering board works till i rise voltage at 12V input to ~7V. Then RT8259 is damaged. And after ...

Hi. Leaf service manuals, wirings are beeing analised. Leafspy pro is in the pocket for last 2 years received Zombie, will try to destroy still drivable Leaf. Just passed inspection and is road legal for next 2 years. Should be good test kit before installing it in receipent car

Hi. is is possible to power on full Leaf 2015 car with ZombieVerter? i would like to test all on actual Leaf donor car before taking components of it.
As I understand the ZombieVerter could use Leaf BMS messages instead of ISA shunt?

I ran power cables inside plastic sill. There is lots of space there.
