I have the same problem at the moment, when running the inverter in manual mode the main contactor never closes. I watched damiens video on FOC, and there he connects the HV directly to the inverter trough the lightbulb, so I guess one have to do the FOC-tuning by forcing the contactors or connectin...

Resolver setup should be easy with this diagram.
